Data Retention & Security: Inquiry data is encrypted and securely stored for evaluation purposes only, and deleted after 12 months or upon client request.
No Guarantee of Engagement: Submitting this form does not create a contract. A separate written agreement will define project scope, deliverables, and pricing before work begins.
Payment Terms: Payment structure (full or partial) will be finalized in the official RuntimeShop Service Contract prior to development.
Limitation of Liability: RuntimeShop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from inquiries or preliminary communications.
Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree not to share technical or proposal information outside the engagement process.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
